Cocktail Party

Cocktail party will be in the vista suite from 4:30 to 6:30.  We plan to purchase all the beer, wine, and Liquor once we arrive in Vegas.  To cut down on our luggage (since we are flying cross country), we plan to ship a few things (napkins, cups, flings, favors, etc.) to the Business center at Mandalay Bay to collect when we arrive.  We will have light appetizers catered by Jasons Deli.  We will have fruit and cheese trays, veggie trays, and chips and dips.

Dinner

We opted not to have a traditional reception, but to have a 3 course sit down dinner with everyone instead.  Dinner will be at RM Seafood from 7-9pm.  Guests will choose from a limited menu.  We are substituitng the dessert option with wedding cake.

Cake!!!

This is our wedding cake.  Mandalay Bay does not allow outside bakeries for their restaurants, so ours will be done in house.  It will look just like this with fresh flowers as the only design.  It will be white cake with custard filling.
