Wednesday and Thursday
We arrive on Wed. and most of the guests (were expecting about 45 guests) will be arriving on Thursday night. We don't have much planned for these nights as most of the guests will be arriving late. We will be staying in the Vista suite all 5 days, so we plan to use it as a central meeting spot for everyone.
Friday
We are actually having a rehearsal. I don't think its necessary, but agreed to it anyway. It will be at 10am, so we have the rest of the day to do whatever we please.
Friday Night
Since we are having a rehearsal, we will also be having a rehearsal dinner. All of our guests are invited. The double decker bus will pick everyone up at Mandalay Bay at 5pm. We are going to the Vegas sign for pictures, then to Maggianos for the Rehearsal Dinner. Marty's parents are planning the dinner, so not really sure what all is planned. Do know that we have the big room and an open bar. Dinner will be from 7-11pm.
Saturday
Glamsquad is arriving at 11am to do hair and makeup for me and hair for the girls. During this time we plan to get the suite ready for the cocktail party. We are also having Jason's Deli bring in light apps such as fruit and cheese trays, veggie trays, and chips and dips. The Ceremony will be at 3pm. After pics we will join up with everyone at the cocktail party. After cocktails, we move to RM Seafood for dinner.
Sunday
Most everyone will be taking all-nighters back to the east coast on Sunday night. Everyone plans to relax at the pool before we all head back east. Marty and I will be leaving Sunday night for Disney World (everyone thinks we're nuts, but we love it). We'll be staying 7 nights, then back home to Charleston.
